1. Mexican wedding cookies - traditional cookies, which are buttery soft and have chopped roasted pecans. Once the cookies are cooled, they're rolled and coated in icing sugar.
2. Filled mocha buns - coffee flavoured dough that has been filled with Nutella or Biscoff. NOTE: you will receive one of each flavour in your box.
3. Danish butter biscuits - buttery soft shortbread style biscuits that have been dipped in milk chocolate. Simple and delicious!
4. Billionaires shortbread - a twist on millionaires shortbread; keeping the traditional shortbread base, but topping it with a salted caramel chocolate ganache. The whole thing will be topped with flakey sea salt.
5. Orange sweet morning buns - orange you glad you can have these for breakfast?! Sweet brioche dough that has been gently flavoured with cardamom. The buns will be filled with an orange zest sugar mix and topped with pearl sugar.
6. Almond croissant blondies - caramelised puff pastry base, topped with blondie mix that contains white chocolate chips and roasted chopped almonds, which is then topped with frangipane and chopped almonds and icing sugar!
